Job Summary
A staffing firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Facing Program Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage customer questions and escalations
- Oversee multiple simultaneous workstreams
- Understand customer requirements
Qualifications for this position include:
- Occasional travel
- Must have 10 years of experience managing large projects
- Proven ability in developing and maintaining effective internal and external relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other and software
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
