Job Summary

An independent provider of identity for the enterprise is seeking a Remote Customer First Strategy and Operations Senior Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Guiding and setting annual strategy plans
  • Leading the operating cadence including performance metric scorecards
  • Serving as a strategic advisor to Customer First business partners

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Strategy and Operations with a post sales focus
  • Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams working on complex, operational and strategic initiatives
  • Hands-on experience developing and implementing end-to-end change management programs
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional people skills; ability to engage and influence across business teams
