Job Summary
An independent provider of identity for the enterprise is seeking a Remote Customer First Strategy and Operations Senior Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Guiding and setting annual strategy plans
- Leading the operating cadence including performance metric scorecards
- Serving as a strategic advisor to Customer First business partners
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Strategy and Operations with a post sales focus
- Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams working on complex, operational and strategic initiatives
- Hands-on experience developing and implementing end-to-end change management programs
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional people skills; ability to engage and influence across business teams
