Job Summary

A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Develop a playbook for expansion marketing campaigns
  • Partner with product, sales and product marketing to develop the strategy
  • Leverage personalization and the delivery of dynamic content to maximize conversion based on key data attributes

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM, Loyalty, and Segmentation Strategy
  • Experience with data-driven customer segmentation & conducting growth experiments
  • Analytical mindset with experience delving into reporting and data
  • Strong track record of developing and maintaining highly collaborative cross-functional relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate marketing messages and concepts through various mediums
  • Fluency in Tableau, ability to write SQL queries, experience with data tools
