Job Summary
An integration, API management, and analytics provider is seeking a Remote Customer Marketing Senior Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Participating in reinventing our customer marketing strategy and support the day-to-day operations and programs
- Building the cross-functional processes and programs to support customer marketing initiatives
- Overseeing database of existing customer accounts and the key roles within them
Qualifications Include:
- 5+ years experience in a customer marketing role in an Enterprise software environment
- Understanding of best practices in customer marketing
- Willingness to learn and work in a growing customer marketing team
- Energy and passion for teamwork and collaboration in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented and strong ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong written and verbal communication skills that allow you to communicate at all levels of an organization
