Job Summary
A customer data solutions company is seeking a Remote Customer Onboarding Project Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting the most important early phase of the customer lifecycle, on-boarding, and working with our Customer Success Team to deliver measurable outcomes
- Translating business and technology requirements into outcomes and driving them to realize a fast time-to-value from their investment in the company
- Maintaining and tracking all projects and documentation, ensuring proper and consistent communication of status to the client and internal teams
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel for offsite client meetings
- 4 + years of Project Management/Implementation experience in a SaaS environment dealing with simple and complex matrixed organizations
- Formal certifications such as PMP, PMgP, Agile
- Demonstrated excellent time management and a strong sense of urgency
- Ability to think creatively, own issues and excel in fast-paced situations
- Ability to prioritize and escalate important issues, provide ongoing status updates and properly manage expectations
