A healthcare company that provides pediatric behavioral therapy is filling a position for a Remote Customer Operations Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategy
- Manage a team that spans front-line agents, process improvement, retention, and quality
- Define, measure, and optimize KPIs reflecting every step of the supply and demand funnels
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of senior management and operational experience
- 3+ years working directly with product and marketing teams
- Previous experience in strategy consulting
- Experience building and scaling a marketplace service model
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and relevant trends
