Job Summary

A healthcare company that provides pediatric behavioral therapy is filling a position for a Remote Customer Operations Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategy
  • Manage a team that spans front-line agents, process improvement, retention, and quality
  • Define, measure, and optimize KPIs reflecting every step of the supply and demand funnels

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years of senior management and operational experience
  • 3+ years working directly with product and marketing teams
  • Previous experience in strategy consulting
  • Experience building and scaling a marketplace service model
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and relevant trends
