Job Summary
A company that provides financial services is seeking a Remote Customer Operations Director .
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading and developing global Customer Operations team
- Building out the Customer Operations function globally
- Driving business KPI’s around customer retention and customer engagement
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial services or fintech provider
- Experience building and managing a high-performing remote team
- Experience with managing vendor relationships
- Excellent communication, reading comprehension, and writing skills
- History of taking ownership and driving results
