Job Summary

A company that provides financial services is seeking a Remote Customer Operations Director .

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading and developing global Customer Operations team
  • Building out the Customer Operations function globally
  • Driving business KPI’s around customer retention and customer engagement

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial services or fintech provider
  • Experience building and managing a high-performing remote team
  • Experience with managing vendor relationships
  • Excellent communication, reading comprehension, and writing skills
  • History of taking ownership and driving results
  • Excellent analytical aptitude
