Job Summary

A healthcare technology company has an open position for a Remote Customer Operations Head.

Must be able to:

  • Manage customer support SLAs (CSAT, first response time, next response time)
  • Manage staffing and scheduling for a highly seasonal business
  • Respond to the infrequent, escalated customer issue (email-only)

Qualifications Include:

  • A desire to use your skills to have a widespread impact on people (we are a mission-first company)
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role on a customer facing team
  • Superb writerClear, concise communicator
  • You balance empathy with data
  • Experience using customer support and workflow-building software (ideally Zendesk)
  • Basic data analysis skills (ex. Excel, Zendesk Explore)
