Job Summary

A consumer financial services company has an open position for a Remote Customer Operations Supervisor.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of Operations Specialists in a hyper-growth environment
  • Managing performance metrics across multiple channels
  • Partnering with recruiting to hire candidates and coordinating with training for on-boarding, ongoing learning

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 3+ years of experience in people management positions
  • Self-starter with strong sense of urgency, high accountability and excellent attention to detail
  • Forward thinking approach with ability to problem-solving complex issues
  • Proven experience in leading teams through major change and comfort with ambiguity
  • Ability to maintain composure and act as a role model when presented with barriers
  • Strong customer empathy and service level focus
