Job Summary

A communications technology company has an open position for a Remote Customer Operations System Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Coordinating service activities and ensure compliance to contract
  • Ensuring compliance with response/restoration time commitment
  • Remotely diagnosing system failure and facilitate call management as applicable

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 10-25% Travel
  • Understanding of two way radio communication products, systems and services
  • Must have excellent interpersonal communication, presentation skills
  • Technical College degree or Industry related experience
  • 7+ years of systems support, systems management, sales support, customer support experience
  • Possess block diagram familiarity of two-way radio technology
