Job Summary
A communications technology company has an open position for a Remote Customer Operations System Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Coordinating service activities and ensure compliance to contract
- Ensuring compliance with response/restoration time commitment
- Remotely diagnosing system failure and facilitate call management as applicable
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 10-25% Travel
- Understanding of two way radio communication products, systems and services
- Must have excellent interpersonal communication, presentation skills
- Technical College degree or Industry related experience
- 7+ years of systems support, systems management, sales support, customer support experience
- Possess block diagram familiarity of two-way radio technology
