A technology organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Outreach and Verification Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Contacting customers by phone to engage and assist them in filling out verification forms
- Showcasing a pleasant and patient demeanor while assisting in verification process
- Verifying information collected is accurate and complete
