Job Summary
We are seeking an Online Customer Retention Manager to lead our team of sales professionals in our Sales Support Department. As such, you will be responsible for ensuring that we meet our retention goals, developing representatives, creating and delivering training, maintaining and improving the standard operating procedures, hiring and onboarding retention specialists and other projects that improve our customer retention.

Requirements
-Experience leading teams and developing team members
-A track record of meeting and exceeding performance metrics in a Sales / Retention
environment
-Strong interpersonal skills, maturity, and good judgment, and capable of communicating
with a diverse range of individuals
-Experience handling difficult and irate customers
-Comfortable working from a computer and working within databases
-Professional phone skills
-Location - Homebased USA
-Ability to work within our Business Hours: Mon-Sun 8 am - 9 pm Eastern Time
-Must be able to write and speak fluent English
