Job Summary
We are seeking an Online Customer Retention Specialist to join our team of sales professionals as a member of our Sales Support Department. As such, you will meet and consult with students who are considering dropping out. You will have tools and resources to help students through these difficult times and you will remove obstacles so that they can continue on in our program and reach their educational and career goals. You will also be responsible for upselling and cross-selling to new students to ensure they are on the right track with their course package, providing excellent customer service, and helping students set up their payment accounts.

Requirements
-A proven track record of outstanding Sales and/or Retention performance
-Comfortable working from a computer and within databases
-Strong interpersonal skills, maturity, and good judgment, and capable of communicating
with a diverse range of individuals.
-Experience handling difficult and irate customers
-Location - Homebased USA
-Ability to work within our Business Hours: Mon-Sun 8 am - 9 pm ET
-Must be able to write and speak fluent English
