Job Summary
A multinational family of telecommunications companies needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Sales And Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Remaining proficient in all billing, rate plan and feature matters
- Proactively engaging T3 support (network and IT) to address & resolve issues
- Assisting customers with products and services
Qualifications for this position include:
- At least one year customer service/sales work experience
- Call Center experience
- Advanced typing/keyboarding skills
- A high school diploma or have earned your GED
- Computer savvy
