An insurance company has an open position for a Remote Customer Satisfaction Business Analytics Analyst III.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Ensuring analysis and reporting accuracy and integrity
• Building and maintaining various models used to project business results
• Creating, executing and maintaining forecasting models

Required Skills:

• This position requires travel up to 10% of the time
• Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service
• Demonstrated experience utilizing software tools to query and report data
• Demonstrated experience developing complex data sets for wide-spread use
