Job Summary

A company is looking for a CSC Agent - After Hours - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer service requests via various communication channels, prioritizing and documenting inquiries
  • Communicate effectively with customers to provide support and escalate issues as necessary
  • Participate in ongoing training and improve service delivery processes

Required Qualifications:
  • At least six months of experience operating a computer in a Windows-based environment
  • Previous call center experience is preferred
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Interest in technology and a basic understanding of technical issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
