Job Summary
A company is looking for a CSC Agent - After Hours - Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer service requests via various communication channels, prioritizing and documenting inquiries
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide support and escalate issues as necessary
- Participate in ongoing training and improve service delivery processes
Required Qualifications:
- At least six months of experience operating a computer in a Windows-based environment
- Previous call center experience is preferred
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Interest in technology and a basic understanding of technical issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
