Job Summary

A virtual contact center technology company is seeking a Remote Customer Service Agent.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Working with account problems, new promotions, services, features and membership cancellation requests
  • Taking inbound calls and emails with inquiries from members and sales reps

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Must be willing to make strong retention attempts on calls from members who want to cancel membership
  • Must be able to speak with callers while navigating through multiple systems, entering vital information to create a client profile
  • Must have a positive and professional demeanor, with responsive customer service to provide white glove service
  • Must be able to show excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to provide at least 20 hours per week on this program during the client's operating hours
