Job Summary
A staffing agnecy has a current position open for a Remote Customer Service Agent.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Resolving your customer issues quickly in a fast paced environment
- Making outbound calls to follow up on customers
- Answering inbound phone calls regarding a customers account
Position Requirements Include:
- 2 years' of customer service experience
- 1 year of call center experience
- Computer proficiency with applications
- Comfortable using primarily e-mail and chat to communicate with colleagues daily
- Performance based metrics understanding
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues
