Job Summary

A staffing agnecy has a current position open for a Remote Customer Service Agent.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Resolving your customer issues quickly in a fast paced environment
  • Making outbound calls to follow up on customers
  • Answering inbound phone calls regarding a customers account

Position Requirements Include:

  • 2 years' of customer service experience
  • 1 year of call center experience
  • Computer proficiency with applications
  • Comfortable using primarily e-mail and chat to communicate with colleagues daily
  • Performance based metrics understanding
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues
