A company that provides business process management solutions needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Service Agent.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Take inbound phone calls from customers
  • Perform shifts that rotate between Mon-Sun, 6:00am - 11:00pm
  • Respond promptly and in a professional manner

Required Skills:

  • A WOW personality
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • Ability to empathize with our AMAZING customers
  • A hardwired internet connection with speeds greater than 4MB UL 10MB DL
  • At least 18 years old and able to pass a criminal background check, drug screening
  • Have a high school diploma or GED
