Job Summary

A contact center is seeking a Remote Customer Service Agent Coach.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Ensuring that calls are handled professionally
  • Providing direction and guidance
  • Coaching, mentoring and developing an agent team

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Four-year college degree or directly related work experience
  • Minimum of 12 to 18 months of call center experience preferably as a product specialist
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, coaching, and supervisory skills
  • Demonstrated ability to set priorities and multi-task
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
