Job Summary
A contact center is seeking a Remote Customer Service Agent Coach.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring that calls are handled professionally
- Providing direction and guidance
- Coaching, mentoring and developing an agent team
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Four-year college degree or directly related work experience
- Minimum of 12 to 18 months of call center experience preferably as a product specialist
- Demonstrated interpersonal, coaching, and supervisory skills
- Demonstrated ability to set priorities and multi-task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
