Job Summary

A customer experience management and business process outsourcing company is in need of a Remote Customer Service Agent in Louisville.

Must be able to:

  • Handle and carefully respond to all military (including family) customer inquiries
  • Provide excellent customer service through active listening
  • Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively

Qualifications Include:

  • 6 months customer service experience minimum
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer system
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
