A customer service outsourcing company has an open position for a Remote Customer Service Ambassador.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Identify and assess clients' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Open client accounts by accurately recording their information
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Position Requirements Include:
- You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of call center experience OR 2 years of customer service experience
- Be able to complete and pass a background check
- Be willing to work under an immediate supervisor
