An omnichannel customer experience management and business process outsourcing company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Service and Sales Representative in Austin.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting the customer on their journey to understanding and acquiring Apple Products and Services
- Receiving 30 to 40 inbound calls per day requiring consultation
- Receiving call types not related to sales; providing support to ensure an extraordinary customer journey
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Over 18 years of age
- Ability to listen to and understand callers' concerns
- Ability to read and write in English clearly
- Flexibility to potentially work night and weekend hours
- Knowledgeable about Apple product features and related accessories
