Job Summary
A client solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Service and Support Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Answering inbound customer service calls or respond to chats from customers
- Taking control of your work life, by choosing when and how often you want to work
- Responding to chats and answer calls from customers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Great communication skills (verbal and written)
- Can type 30 WPM or more with 90% accuracy
- Solid computer skills, including typing and navigation
- Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers
