Job Summary

A fintech startup is seeking a Remote Customer Service Associate.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Monitoring customer inquiries and providing great customer support
  • Taking ownership of complex and challenging issues and assisting customers to resolution
  • Driving process improvements and efficiencies to help you and our customers

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 3+ years of brokerage service experience
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and reliability with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with FINRA regulations
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships
  • Ability to work effectively and supportively within a team environment and the ability to work independently
  • Must possess the ability to adapt to a changing business and regulatory environment
