Job Summary
A cannabis dispensary mapping platform is in need of a Remote Customer Service B2B and B2C Manager in Irvine.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop an efficient high performing team; productivity and quality
- Develop and implement a robust quality monitoring program
- Forecast and schedule team based on volumes and trends to ensure service levels and KPIs are met
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 6+ years of experience managing customer service in a call center environment
- 3+ years experience using Salesforce
- 2+ years experience using JIRA
- 2+ years experience presenting executive level reports
- 2+ years experience in workforce management (scheduling and forecasting)
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
