Job Summary

A cannabis dispensary mapping platform is in need of a Remote Customer Service B2B and B2C Manager in Irvine.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Develop an efficient high performing team; productivity and quality
  • Develop and implement a robust quality monitoring program
  • Forecast and schedule team based on volumes and trends to ensure service levels and KPIs are met

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 6+ years of experience managing customer service in a call center environment
  • 3+ years experience using Salesforce
  • 2+ years experience using JIRA
  • 2+ years experience presenting executive level reports
  • 2+ years experience in workforce management (scheduling and forecasting)
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
