Job Summary

A registry of purebred dog pedigrees is filling a position for a Remote Customer Service Call Center Reunite Recovery Coordinator.

Must be able to:

  • Process enrollments sent by customers and to update current records
  • Process other transactions such as collar tag and Lost Pet Alert orders
  • Enter call information accurately into call management system

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High School diploma
  • 3 years Customer Service and Call Center experience
  • Up to 3 years customer service and call center experience
