Job Summary

A business process outsourcing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Service Call Center Team Leader in Centennial.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Hiring, training, and preparing call center representatives
• Ensuring agents understand and comply with all call center objectives
• Answering agent questions regarding best practices or difficult calls

Position Requirements Include:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Call center, customer service, or supervisory experience may be required
• Proficiency with technology
• Ability to coach, train, and motivate employees and evaluate them
• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
