A non-profit healthcare system is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Service Center Team Lead.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Serving as the subject matter expert for questions and escalated calls prior to management intervention
  • Servicing inbound calls and social media platforms
  • Serving as a resource providing assistance to other team members, monitoring calls and coaching to improve productivity

Qualifications Include:

  • High School or Equivalent
  • 6 years Customer Service Experience Required
  • AND 4 years Call Center Experience
  • Customer service skills required
  • Written and verbal communication skills required
