Job Summary

An electronic instrument and electromechanical device manufacturer has a current position open for a Remote Customer Service Coordinator.

Must be able to:

  • Organize the workday for the service technicians
  • Spend the workday on the service floor around the service technicians
  • Ensure spare part supply via ERP system with the factories

Qualifications for this position include:

  • You have knowledge of procedures, guidelines, processes and practices related to financial administration
  • You have analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skill
  • You have extensive planning, organizing, and coordinating skills to handle multiple projects as well as perform regular duties
  • You are able to work in a team environment
  • You have computer skills and proficiency in office software
