Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Remote Customer Service Operations Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Assisting customers with a podcast publishing platform
  • Calling out platform issues and bugs to the engineering team
  • Providing technical support via live chat

Position Requirements Include:

  • Minimum 1-3+ years of professional work experience preferably in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) support role
  • Minimum 1+ year in a customer-facing position such as technical assistance or solution consulting
  • Experience with Intercom, Jira, Salesforce, Looker, Google products (G-Suite), and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent writing skills to turn sophisticated topics into concise, easy-to-understand documentation
  • Ability to switch gears quickly when working with different client segments
  • Dedication to helping our clients solve problems through empathy, patience, and logical problem solving
