A technology company has an open position for a Remote Customer Service Operations Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting customers with a podcast publishing platform
- Calling out platform issues and bugs to the engineering team
- Providing technical support via live chat
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum 1-3+ years of professional work experience preferably in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) support role
- Minimum 1+ year in a customer-facing position such as technical assistance or solution consulting
- Experience with Intercom, Jira, Salesforce, Looker, Google products (G-Suite), and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent writing skills to turn sophisticated topics into concise, easy-to-understand documentation
- Ability to switch gears quickly when working with different client segments
- Dedication to helping our clients solve problems through empathy, patience, and logical problem solving
