Job Summary

A customer service outsourcing firm is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Interact with customers via all channels
  • Meet our clients average handle time targets and quality standards
  • Apply high-quality customer service guidelines while servicing customers

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 6+ months experience sales with consumer products brands
  • 6+ months with tier one troubleshooting
  • 2+ years related customer service experience
  • Able to work at a desk/computer for 95% of each scheduled shift
  • Able to work weekend and holiday hours
  • High school diploma or equivalent
