Job Summary

A phone and online customer satisfaction survey service has a current position open for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Conduct interviews with customers who have recently had a service experience
  • Complete any other assigned tasks

Required Skills:

  • Bright, personable and can articulate well verbally and in written form
  • Previous customer service experience, computer knowledge and telephone skills
  • A personal home computer with Microsoft Windows 7 or more current Operating System
  • A virus protection program and a firewall
  • Hard-wired high-speed internet connection
  • Quiet work space with no background noise
