Job Summary

A provider of customer relationship management services has an open position for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Receiving and processing various incoming phone calls for numerous clients
  • Obtaining, entering, and verifying customer information
  • Ensuring that calls are processed in strict adherence to established policies

Qualifications Include:

  • High school or GED required
  • 1 year customer service or sales experience
  • May be required to meet additional experience/skill requirements
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Ability to pass required background checks
