Job Summary
A healthcare revenue cycle management company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Service Representative .
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Responding promptly to inbound calls from client hospitals regarding billing questions
- Answering patient inquiries by clarifying desired information
- Gathering and entering patient information into hospital host system
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Medical or insurance background or experience
- Shows commitment to being a nice person and satisfying customer’s needs.
- Moderate computer skills (internet, email, MS Office 365)
- Understanding what it’s like to be connected to a headset and have cadence of their day dictated by callers.
