Job Summary

A healthcare revenue cycle management company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Service Representative .

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Responding promptly to inbound calls from client hospitals regarding billing questions
  • Answering patient inquiries by clarifying desired information
  • Gathering and entering patient information into hospital host system

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Medical or insurance background or experience
  • Shows commitment to being a nice person and satisfying customer’s needs.
  • Moderate computer skills (internet, email, MS Office 365)
  • Understanding what it’s like to be connected to a headset and have cadence of their day dictated by callers.
