Job Summary

A multi-national insurance company is in need of a Remote Customer Service Representative .

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems
  • Attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services
  • Opening customer accounts by recording account information

Required Skills:

  • Two years of post-secondary education or higher
  • Previous remote work experience and/or contact center experience
  • Persuasive Speaking Skills
  • Ability to Use Positive Language
  • Clear Communication Skills
  • Empathy and active listening skills
