Job Summary
A marketing company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Liaising between car dealerships and car buyers for one of the world's most well-known automotive brands
- Providing fantastic customer service over the phone and use your computer skills to research requests and accurately record the details of your calls
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High school diploma or GED
- Three years of customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to navigate a computer and the web
- Typing skills - minimum 25 words per minute
- Availability to work shifts within the call center’s hours of operation: 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Eastern time Monday through Friday
