Job Summary

A tech-enabled business process management company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Work diligently with your customers, providing them with solutions, answering general customer service questions
  • Drive customer satisfaction for our clients

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous experience interacting with customers/clients, solving problems through trouble-shooting, and creating connections
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Excellent Communications skills
  • Ability to learn new concepts quickly and efficiently, and apply those learnings in real-time
  • Exhibit empathy and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment, focusing on one call resolution
