Job Summary

A company providing lease purchasing technology is in need of a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting customer inquiries and insurance policy needs
  • Answering questions regarding coverage, rates, billing issues, and general policy reviews while offering additional products
  • Demonstrating empathy while setting up new claim reports; you’ll also offer customers additional products

Qualifications Include:

  • Two years of post-secondary education or higher
  • Property & Casualty license
  • Bachelors degree
  • Excellent communication skills
