Job Summary

A health services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering incoming phone calls from customers, sales agents, and health care providers
  • Identifying the status of the issue and provide appropriate response to caller
  • Delivering information and answer questions in a positive manner

Qualifications for this position include:

  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a related environment
  • Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
  • Ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
  • Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00am – 7:00pm CST
