Job Summary
A health services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Answering incoming phone calls from customers, sales agents, and health care providers
- Identifying the status of the issue and provide appropriate response to caller
- Delivering information and answer questions in a positive manner
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of experience in a related environment
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
- Ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
- Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00am – 7:00pm CST
