Job Summary
A communications company is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing all written and verbal communication with customers on behalf of the company
- Owning escalations and concerns on behalf of the customer immediately thorough root cause analysis
- Reviewing a variety of work product per internal and external communication, quotes, designs, proofs, and report
Required Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent in work-related experience
- 3+ years of customer service industry experience
- Strong MS Office skills with emphasis on Excel and Outlook
- Ability to communicate effectively through verbal and written communication
- Print, marketing or promotional product experience and/or Salesforce.com knowledge
