Job Summary

An affiliate marketing agency has a current position open for a Remote Customer Service Representative in Asheville.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Conduct preliminary research on new customer applications
  • Qualify customers based on quality assurance policies
  • Manage queue of phone call interviews

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to work a mix of remote and onsite at our office
  • High school degree
  • Customer support experience or as a client service representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • PC proficiency and working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
