Job Summary

A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote Customer Service Representative in Chicago.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Working through 50-70 service order tickets per day
  • Calling third party service organizations to set up pick-ups for stores
  • Inputting information into the two work order systems

Position Requirements Include:

  • Must be local to the Chicago area for some in-office meetings
  • 1-2 years of customer support experience
  • Ability to type 30-40wpm and work in a dual monitor set-up
  • Ability to work within Microsoft Office Suite and learn other software rapidly
