Job Summary

A wholesale distribution company is in need of a Remote Customer Service Representative in Greenville.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service regarding shipment/delivery, returns, credit, order status & corrections
  • Research returns in support of the Credit Department and create return authorizations
  • Issue letters to customers explaining rationale for credit extension refusals

Qualifications Include:

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Minimum two (2) years customer service experience
  • Virtual contact center experience
  • Ability to communicate with customers (internal/external) and create a positive image of the Company
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and organize assignments
  • Ability to demonstrate good judgment skills and apply general rules to specific situations
