Job Summary
A staffing and recruiting firm is filling a position for a Remote Customer Service Representative in Jacksonville.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Receiving inbound and making outbound calls
- Working with claimants who have filed partial unemployment claims within a state
- Completing any missing information or adding to customer profiles
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Be able to work at least 30-40 hours a week and at least one day over the weekend
- Have an updated Windows or MAC computer
- Have a headset that can plug into the computer (headphones with a microphone work as well)
- Have high speed and stable internet line
- Be comfortable on the phone speaking to people
- Be comfortable with various types of technology and have problem solving skills
