An omnichannel customer experience management and business process outsourcing company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Service Representative in Memphis.

Must be able to:

  • Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries by building excellent rapport & confidence
  • Provide excellent customer service through active listening on every interaction
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues through the use of desktop applications

Required Skills:

  • 6 -12 month customer service experience
