Job Summary

A cabinet product company is in need of a Remote Customer Service Representative in North Olmsted.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering incoming calls, emails, faxes, and other inquiries
  • Processing orders, product returns, and credits for multiple brands
  • Effectively communicating with internal and external customers

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is minimally required
  • Prior customer service experience is required
  • Strong analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrates abilities in successfully applying continuous improvement principles
  • Ability to handle negativity and remain positive
  • Solid organizational skills, including multi-tasking and follow-up
