A business services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Service Representative in Ogden.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries
- Providing excellent customer service through active listening
- Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 6 months customer service experience minimum
- Ability to type 17 wpm
- High School Graduate or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer system
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively
