A provider of telecommunications services has an open position for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Listening carefully to customers with patience and courtesy
  • Troubleshooting customer problems and identifying solutions while leveraging your strong customer service and communication skill
  • Educating customers and positioning Verizon solutions to drive and close sales

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One or more years of customer service and/or sales experience
  • Demonstrated communication and customer service skills
