Job Summary
A provider of telecommunications services has an open position for a Remote Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Listening carefully to customers with patience and courtesy
- Troubleshooting customer problems and identifying solutions while leveraging your strong customer service and communication skill
- Educating customers and positioning Verizon solutions to drive and close sales
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or GED
- One or more years of customer service and/or sales experience
- Demonstrated communication and customer service skills
