Job Summary

A business services company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Service Representative in Omaha.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Talking to customers over the phone, email, online chat or social media
• Maintaining and updating customer information as necessary
• Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues

Qualifications Include:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
• Stellar customer service skills
